Porchlight SMS Booking Updates

What is Porchlight?

Porchlight is a booking and guest experience platform operated by ConnectiveView Advisory LLC. Property operators use Porchlight to manage guest bookings and communications for vacation rental properties.

What messages will I receive?

When you provide your phone number through a Porchlight-powered booking assistant, you may receive SMS text messages related to your booking, including:

• Booking confirmations
• Payment links
• Check-in and check-out instructions
• Property information and access details
• Guest support communications

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per booking.

Opt-in

You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number through the Porchlight booking assistant embedded on a vacation rental property's website. At the point of phone number collection, SMS consent language is displayed including agreement to receive messages, frequency disclosure, data rates notice, and opt-out instructions. Providing your phone number is optional — it is not required to complete a booking.

Opt-out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive any further messages.
